Benny the Brave Little Bunny
Story:
Once upon a time, in a quiet meadow, lived a small white bunny named Benny. Benny loved hopping around during the day, playing with butterflies, and smelling flowers. But at night, he always felt a little scared of the dark.
One evening, while Benny was nibbling on a carrot, his friend, Oliver the wise old owl, flew down from a tree.
“Benny, why do you always hide when the sun sets?” asked Oliver.
“Because it’s dark and I can’t see well… what if something scary is out there?” Benny whispered.
Oliver smiled kindly.
“Benny, the night isn’t something to fear — it’s full of wonders. Come with me, and I’ll show you.”
Benny hesitated but decided to follow. As they walked through the moonlit meadow, Benny saw things he had never noticed before — fireflies glowing like little stars, crickets singing their nighttime songs, and the gentle sparkle of dew on the grass.
“Wow… the night is beautiful,” Benny said in awe.
Oliver nodded.
“See? Every time you face your fear, you might discover something magical.”
From that night on, Benny wasn’t afraid of the dark anymore. In fact, bedtime became his favorite time to explore the beauty of the night.
Moral of the Story:
“Sometimes, what we fear the most can turn out to be beautiful.”
