Stories for Kids: The Lesson of Sharing
One cold winter morning, food was scarce in the forest. Intelligent Buffalo knew that everyone was hungry, even Bad Wolf. So, he decided to share his hidden stash of berries and leaves with the other animals.
When Bad Wolf heard that Buffalo had food, he was jealous and angry. “Why does he get to be everyone’s hero?” he grumbled to himself. But instead of stealing, Bad Wolf decided to listen and see if he could join in.
Stories for Kids: The Lesson of Sharing
Buffalo saw him and smiled. “Good day, Bad Wolf! You look hungry. Would you like to join us?”
Bad Wolf was surprised. “You’d let me share your food?”
“Of course,” Buffalo replied kindly. “There’s enough for everyone if we share.”
Touched by Buffalo’s kindness, Bad Wolf took a small portion. That day, he learned that working together and sharing was much better than trying to take things for himself.
And from that day on, whenever food was shared in the forest, Bad Wolf was there, doing his part to help.
