“The Little Lamp and His Mother’s Light”
The Little Lamp and His Mother’s Light”
Once upon a quiet evening, in a small cozy house, lived a kind mother and her little son named Aarav.
Every night before sleep, Aarav would ask,
“Mom, why do you always keep the lamp glowing?”
His mother smiled and said,
“Because even a small light can chase away big darkness.”
One day, Aarav felt sad. He tried to tie his shoes by himself but failed. His eyes filled with tears.
“I can’t do anything right,” he said softly.
His mother sat beside him and held his hands.
“Do you see this little lamp?” she asked.
“It doesn’t light the whole world, but it lights our home.”
That night, Aarav dreamed he was a tiny lamp, afraid of the dark. But every time he felt scared, his mother’s warm light shone beside him.
The next morning, Aarav tried again. Slowly, carefully, he tied his shoes—all by himself.
He ran to his mother and smiled.
“I did it!”
His mother hugged him tightly.
“You see, my light didn’t do the work. You did. I just helped you believe.”
That night, as Aarav fell asleep, he whispered,
“Mom, I am my own little light now.”
And the lamp glowed softly, proud of both of them 🌟
