Bedtime Story For Kids: High up in the sky, where the winds whispered secrets and the sun painted golden rays, lived a tiny cloud named Puff. Puff was no ordinary cloud—he was curious about everything! While the other clouds were content drifting lazily, Puff dreamed of exploring the world below.
One bright morning, Puff saw a flock of birds flying south. “Where are they going?” he wondered. Gathering his courage, he decided to follow them.
“Wait for me!” Puff called, floating down closer to the earth. The birds chirped and flapped their wings in delight. “We’re heading to the warm lands far away,” said a sparrow. “Come with us, little cloud!”
As they traveled, Puff saw tall mountains that reached for the skies, sparkling rivers that danced under the sunlight, and green forests full of life. He was amazed by the beauty of the world.
But soon, the birds flew too fast, and Puff couldn’t keep up. “What now?” he sighed, looking around. That’s when he spotted a little boy in a field, planting seeds.
“Hello, little cloud!” the boy waved. “Can you help me? My seeds need water to grow.”
Puff thought for a moment. He wasn’t sure how to help, but he wanted to try. So, he puffed himself up, gathered moisture from the air, and let it fall gently as rain. The boy laughed and danced in the refreshing drops. “Thank you, Puff! You’re amazing!”
Feeling proud, Puff continued his journey. Along the way, he met a thirsty deer at a stream and let down more rain to fill the water. He shaded a group of tired travelers from the hot sun and even joined the wind to make a rainbow for a little girl who was feeling sad.
Everywhere Puff went, he brought joy and kindness. And with each act, he grew bigger and brighter, his heart full of happiness.
Finally, as the evening stars began to twinkle, Puff floated back up to the sky. The other clouds greeted him warmly. “Where have you been, Puff?” they asked.
“I’ve been exploring,” Puff said with a twinkle in his misty eyes. “And I’ve learned that helping others is the greatest adventure of all.”
From that day on, whenever the world below needed a little rain or shade, Puff was always the first to float down, spreading kindness wherever he went.
