Bedtime Story for Kids: Once upon a time, in the middle of a lush, green jungle, there lived a playful monkey named Milo. Milo loved to swing from tree to tree, chatter with his friends, and explore the jungle. But most of all, Milo loved playing tricks.
One sunny morning, Milo woke up with a cheeky grin. “Today, I’ll have some fun with my friends!” he thought.
First, he visited Tiko the parrot. “Tiko, look! There’s a basket of bananas near the river!” Milo said, pointing excitedly. Tiko flapped her wings and flew off to find the bananas. But when she got there, all she found was an empty basket!
Next, Milo spotted Bobo the elephant splashing in the pond. “Bobo! There’s a magical coconut that grants wishes near the big rock!” Milo exclaimed. Bobo, curious, marched to the big rock but found only an ordinary coconut.

Milo laughed and laughed. “That was so much fun!” he said to himself. But soon, Milo’s friends figured out his tricks. They decided to teach him a lesson.
The next day, Tiko flew up to Milo. “Milo, there’s a tree full of golden bananas near the hill!” she said. Milo’s eyes sparkled. “Golden bananas? I must see them!” he said, rushing off.
When Milo arrived at the hill, he looked around. No golden bananas—just his friends, laughing.
“Got you, Milo!” Bobo chuckled. “Now you know how it feels!”
Milo scratched his head and smiled sheepishly. “I guess I was a little too mischievous. I’m sorry, everyone. No more tricks!”
From that day on, Milo used his energy to help his friends and make them laugh in good ways. The jungle became a happier place, and Milo learned that being kind was the best kind of fun.
