One day, the crocodile’s wife became greedy and said,
“I want the monkey’s heart to eat!”

Sadly, the crocodile agreed and invited the monkey for a river ride. In the middle of the river, the crocodile revealed his plan.

The monkey stayed calm and said,
“Oh dear! I left my heart on the tree. Let’s go back and get it.”

The foolish crocodile turned back. As soon as they reached the tree, the monkey jumped to safety and said,
