Little Krishna and the Lost Calf
A Charming Kids Story
In the peaceful village of Vrindavan, everyone loved Little Krishna.
His smile was bright, his eyes sparkled like stars, and his heart was full of kindness.
He spent his days playing with friends, dancing with peacocks, and taking care of cows.
🐄 The Disappearing Calf
One sunny morning, Krishna and his friends were grazing their cows near the river Yamuna.
Suddenly, one of the cows began to cry,
“Mooo… my baby is missing!”
Krishna looked around. The little calf was nowhere to be seen.
“Don’t worry,” Krishna said softly,
“I will find your baby.”
His friends joined him and the search began.
🌳 Into the Forest
They searched behind bushes…
They looked under trees…
Then Krishna heard a soft “Maaa… Maaa…”
It sounded scary — like it came from deep inside the forest!
Bravely, Krishna walked forward.
There he saw the calf stuck between two rocks.
“Don’t be afraid,” Krishna whispered.
Using his tiny hands, Krishna pushed the rocks apart.
The little calf jumped out and licked Krishna’s cheek — as if saying “Thank you!”
👹 Trouble Shows Up
Suddenly they heard a loud roar!
A big demon-bull named Arista rushed toward them.
He was angry and wild.
Krishna stood still and calm.
“Go away! You cannot scare my friends!”
Arista charged at Krishna.
But Krishna jumped aside, grabbed the demon by the horns, and with a mighty whirl —
THUMP!
The demon fell and disappeared in a puff of smoke!
All the children cheered:
“Krishna! Krishna! You saved us!”
🐄 Happy Ending
Krishna returned to the village with the lost calf.
The cows danced, children laughed, and the village celebrated.
Krishna said gently:
“Always help those who need you.
Even if they can’t speak — love is a language everyone understands.”
